I am not sure if this is an actual issue, so I am hoping you can evaluate that for me or point me to someone who can. Thank you! On the rooftop next to my apartment there is a depression that allows still water build-up. This makes it a breeding ground for flies and mosquitos. It seems to me that this would be a health hazard. I was told by our maintenance person that he told the building ownership about it, however they are unwilling to fix it because it is not their roof.

Per Online; The building roof and windows leak during the rain causing mold and water damage. Multiple complains have been made to the landlord with no response or fix. Landlord was notified more than two months ago about the leaks and has yet to propose any type of fix. Additionally, trash is not picked up and cooking appliances are non-functional.

The roof and windows of the building are not weather sealed and leak when it rains. The landlord is aware of the leaks and is making no effort to fix them. The leaks result in health concerns and property damage. Questions about when it will be fixed go unanswered. Additionally, appliances are broken and the landlord refuses to replace them. The landlord is Blanton Turner.

Building has numerous leaks from roof and windows. Some of which leak onto electrical outlets. It's been reported repeatedly for more than 4 months. Leaks are ruining belongings, creating unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
