Per CSB; High pitched metal whirring squeal sound coming from S Lk Union SCCA. We reported this last year, it improved, and now it it extremely bad again. We identified it as coming from the SCCA power plant/center between I-5 and Eastlake. Up on Cap Hill, with all windows closed, we are hearing a non-stop squeal. Not livable.

NOISE--per CSB--High pitched squeal- large machinery or idling equipment? Can be heard 24-7 from this West edge of Capitol Hill. From South Lake Union? Been going on for weeks- getting worse- and intolerable.

Caller lives at 307 Summit Ave E #6. He was awakened today at 6:15 a.m. with construction noise. They frequently begin too early in the morning. He has attempted to speak with GMP Homes and was given the brush off.
