A few days ago 319 W. Olympic PL installed LED security flood lights on a wall facing the parking area. These lights shine right into my main window and blind me when I have to get up at night. The lights also illuminate my living room which makes it hard to sleep. City Code 23.46.020 requires that residential lighting be shielded and pointed away from adjacent uses. I understand their need for security lighting just would prefer if it was shielded downward on the vehicles.
