The property owner at 320 14th Ave built a fence that encloses the unpaved alley running between 14th and 15th Aves with access from E Jefferson Ave and E Alder St. This fence denies access to this public right of way to property owners such as myself (323 15th Ave). In order to view this fence, please approach the alley from E Alder St between 14th and 15th Ave. Walk along the alley passing three properties on either side.
