Watermarke Apartments a multi family apt building at 320 Cedar street is dumping loose, bagged household garbage directly onto the ground in the alley next to their building. The property is managed by Seattle Property Management. Email is Gudrun@seattlepma.com. Repeated attempts to get them to fix the problem have been ignored.

The residents of 320 Cedar Street regularly throw their trash in the alley. see pic. Complaints to their property manager go un answered. Complaints to Find It Fix It go unresolved. This is a serious health issue as the garbage is attracting rats and homeless people looking for food. They tear open the bags and leave the garbage lying all over the street.
