PER CSB:SR Number: 26-00176573This apartment building does not appear to be in compliance with Seattle Municipal Code 23.54.037 re: requirements for on-site bike parking. The current bike racks are unanchored U-shaped brackets simply screwed into a plywood wall. These racks do not meet the standards set forth in SDOT Directors Rule 1-2020. My e-bike was recently stolen from the garage of this apartment building. In perpetrating this theft, the offender ripped the bike rack out of the wall. Ha

Noise complaint. Between 5:00 a.m. and 5:15 a.m., a grease trap extractor was operating in front of 320 E Pine St. It was incredibly loud and disruptive, too early in the morning. Truck was operated by NW Biofuel.
