Exit doors from apartments in elevator lobbies in multiple floors to outside stairs (fire exit) are broken and have a delayed opening, and are often stuck close, preventing exit. Could prevent residents from accessing outside stairs in an earthquake and fire. Property management is aware but says too expensive to fix, and make minimal effort to prop doors open. Accessibility door assistance broken on multiple floors.

Very Loud Fans continuous noise over night. Much louder than this past weekend. Woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep because of the noise. 80% of the units in my building have the bedrooms on the north side of the building. Mine is on the side closet to the new building. Last night felt like trying to sleep on an airplane.
