I moved into this rental, a fourth story 2 bedroom apartment in May 2021. In June 2021, the elevator fell into disrepair. The property Management company, Pilot Property Management, took several months to announce they had no intention to make repairs to the elevator. They refused to adjust my rent, given that their decision made my apartment a fourth floor walk-up, when I had signed a lease for a Fourth Floor Apartment with Elevator access.
