per online complaint: Mechanical equipment noise. An Applied Organics truck parked on the street pumping soil for the rooftop garden of a newly constructed apartment building. Noise if extreme. We are located roughly 200 ft from the site of the pump truck and the noise is unbearable.

"Per online complaint" extremely noisy, loud enough to shake next door building. 5 days a week, starting as early as 7 AM. Worse, noise usually ends by noon. This has been happening every day for months. People in West Seattle woerk nights and it is ruining our quality of life.

The unit above elderly blind tenant had a water leak. Tenant was in standing water. She was getting shocked. The Fire Dept came out and had to turn the power off for awhile until they secured the situation. Smelly, pictures on walls ruined, buckling floor. Landlord ripped out carpet and has not done anything elses. Holly McNeal from the Senior Center of West Seattle called/tenant is aware.
