The 3201 21st Ave W apartment complex's trash, recycling, and compost bin area is consistently overflowing with garbage and debris. City of Seattle picks up garbage from here however the bins are always packed extremely high and then around the bins there is also assorted garbage on the ground, spilling over onto the sidewalk. Of note, some of the items not in the bins but scattered around have been there for several months, like the vacuum and pallets. We live directly next door to where the b
