Per Online; continue to buy material (i.e. 8 palates of pavers) and unloading them / leaving them on the sidewalk, blocking the sidewalk, for weeks; running big machinery and also dumping material outside of their property on city property; also operating outside of / violating city mandated quiet hours with extensive noise; also blocking of the street with contractor trucks/trailers without permit
