Per 2/8/17 online complaint: "Unit 101 at this address started remodeling without a permit. After getting a permit the owner did the remodel but did not follow the plans. There is supposed to be door on the west side. Converting garage into a living area w/o permit. This building is a condominium. The owner of unit 101 on the ground floor is doing the work. ***Remodeling the garage in the main building next to the front door (not the little detached garage next to the street) into habitable space w/o permit & inspections. Garage door is open as they do the work. Contractor says he doesn't need a permit.***
