I am a tenant at the Commodore Apartments. We have had a fungus gnat infestation since December 2023. The landlord has failed to provide reasonable pest control. I am concerned the fungus gnats may be present due to black mold in the building.

Following up on a Light and Glare complaint 004152-23CP (as well as 004151-CP). I understand that a Light and Glare Alert Letter was sent out on 7/13 in lieu of inspection. I'm following up because there continues to be no movement on this issue.
