There is very loud nighttime construction happening on I5 passing overhead my apartment building. It sounds like there are power tools being used. This is through out the night. And the noise level is higher than the normal noise level of traffic on the I5.

Loud construction noise has been going all evening. Currently it is almost 1am and it hasn't ceased, starting around 7pm. Sounds like grinding or drilling of some kind.
