Parking. Property management company claims parking spots are assigned to units, however there are six units and only five parking spots. Parking is along building accessible from alley easement west of 21st avenue west. Question: Are these parking spaces the correct size, and appropriate for the land? If so, would you be willing to share how a car is able access Spot 5 due to dumpsters encroaching into space. Thank you!
