Per Online; Neighbors have a rooster that starts up around 6:30 am. Also, the rooster and chickens are permitted to roam free in the neighborhood and have been clawing at peoples lawns/fences. They cross back the road unattended and can cause a car accident. They should keep their chickens fenced in their property.
