**WITHDRAWN per complainant phone call 08/10/20 - JH**Over the last two months, a project to re-side our apartment building has violated WAC and RCW city codes. Namely, the entrances and exits to our building have been blocked during the construction, electrical wires were left exposed, no signs were ever posted on the property to help keep the tenants or passers-by safe, and management and the owner have consistently failed to communicate details about the construction

Broken window seals, not secure, gaps letting in air and moisture. On 6/10/2020, I sent request to landlord requesting repair,unable to fulfill request at that time. I have not gotten a response since.
