The construction company developing new townhouses at this location has damaged (after two years of traffic by heavy construction equipment, some with steel tracks) the concrete in the alley directly behind 3209 California Ave. SW. There is now a triangular pothole in the concrete in the middle of the alley. This is a very busy alley with traffic from many residents, weekly waste management vehicles and other delivery trucks, which has made the pothole worse. I have tempora
