I am concerned that the fire safety infrastructure is not up to standard. The fire escapes are never clear, I don't think the sprinkler system will pass inspection and I don't think there are enough fire extinguishers. I'm also concerned about infrastructural issues and asbestos exposure due to very extensive water damage. Additionally, the water temperature exceeds 160F, often burning residents.

This is for the apartment complex. The hot water is well above the maximum temperature for WA. It is currently 164 degrees F. Other tenants have submitted multiple maintenance request that have gone ignored.

Heater nonfunctional since 11/2/23 due to carbon monoxide emissions (confirmed by PSE). No significant progress has been made on repairs in the last 2.5 months. Indoor temperature currently 45F. Space heaters were provided but temp only up to ~62F. Massive water leak on Monday 1/15/24, hot water poured out for ~1 hour. Large hole in ceiling, paint affected and bulging, significant water damage to floor and walls.
