landlord gave notice 6 months notice that every 6 months rent will increase 5%-10%. Tenant wants to know if this is legal. Tenant believes Landlord has not followed the law and will be increasing rent more than 10% in 12 months. Landlord did not provide EDRA information to tenants with notices.
