Permit for re-wiring but about appear to be doing a rehab. Bathroom and kitchen have been torn out and doing work on the basement. Do they need more permits?copied from email from Duane Reynolds. I stopped by today Monday, 3/4/13. There is work that needs a building permit. complete kitchen and bathroom remodel down to the studs. Walls being partitioned off in the basement.
