Complaint: Noise
Opened October 29, 2025
The noise issue from the Promenade apartments has continued without a satisfactory conclusion. The generator rental company came out and installed a very subpar sound attenuation solution. These sound pads are now projecting the sound upwards and it is making even more noise. Especially noticeable at night. It is almost 2am and the constant drone sound is a problem. As a member of the board I am speaking for 40 owners in this building. I caught a glimpse of the Promenade garage and there appear

My apartment building is currently undergoing a planned 7-day power and heat shutoff. Since the power was turned off, the entire stairwell - which is the building's sole emergency evacuation route - has been completely dark with no lighting of any kind, including no emergency or battery-powered lights. This creates a serious safety hazard. Promenade has parked a 100kw generator on the public street that is producing over 70db at 20' and 50db at 200' at night. This generator has been here for about two weeks and is causing problems for the residents. Particularly in the evening. It is too loud, and we are being told that a larger generator will be replacing this generator. The building has a parking garage that has adequate ventilation to accommodate the generator. City of Seattle approved the permit and should also be aware for

I live in the building next door and someone in this building (Promenade at the Park) plays loud music that can be heard throughout my entire apartment. I leave my windows open due to not having AC and it doesn't even help to close my window either. Sometimes someone is even singing ( possibly outside). It happens multiple times a week and it's always after 10pm. Currently it's 12:30am and the music is blaring. I can never hear my neighbors in my building but somehow these people are playing mu
