I am submitting a complaint regarding an unauthorized fence constructed by Jerry Zhang at 3217 E Madison St, Seattle, WA. The fence is physically attached to my home and blocks access to my gas meter. It also interferes with an existing prescriptive easement that allows access to maintain and service the side of my property, including the gas meter.Mr. Zhang built the fence without my consent, attaching it to my home.
