Initially landlord required bathroom fan was on 24/7, causing tenant to not be able to sleep. After fan was finally turned off, has a strong urine smell, making it unusable. Landlord has not told tenant they can move out if you would like. Requesting tenant rights on this matter.Update: Landlord has terminated tenant's lease. Move out 5/23
