Hi! There is overnight construction happening across the street that is extremely loud. It has been going on for the past 3 nights and it's almost impossible to sleep. There are multiple apartment buildings right next to the construction so it's affecting lots of people. It literally sounds like they are picking stuff up and dropping it and hammering away all night.

There is a new parking lot security light that flashes blue strobe lights 24/7 in the construction parking lot across from 3230 Eastlake ave e. The construction is under the portage bay bridge. The strobe light flashes into several apartment building windows and is a disturbance to those with certain health issues and pets. Per online complaint "Substandard rental housing conditions: I have been trying unsuccesfuly for two months to get Gibraltar LLC, to replace the dog urine stained carpet in my apartment. They have claimed there is no dog urine smell. I have a three year old, and have concerns about the health effect." Found tenant apartment via Banner.
