The current tenants are relatives of the property owner. Until 7/23, the owner was operating a month to month rental under a short term rental license using AirBnB as a "property manager". The tenants were not given any information about their rights. They had no lease but were under the impression through AirBnB chats that they were on a renewing monthly stay. They were given notice at 8pm on 7/22 to vacate the property by 11am on 7/23. The propeety owner verbally threatened the tenants when
