POTA--per phone call--6 month lease, now month to month. Lease states a 20 day notice can be given by either party. Can she give a 20 day without reason or does he have to go through the JCEO process?

POTA--per phone call--landlord/property owner needs landlord tenant packet and EPA pamphlet. Wants to know how to obtain the two. Will have to provide to tenant after their move-in because they need help locating them
