We attempted to lease this place through Windermere Property Management. Laurie Hoskins sent us a lease with unenforceable clauses. When I asked her if there was a more updated version of the lease agreement that was in compliance with the rules instated in June 2020, she insisted the lease was up to date. I then told her exactly which clauses were illegal, and she continued to insist that the lease said something different than it actually did. I have screenshots of our
