Per Online; The permit approved for the construction at 324 N77th Street appears to be for a remodel, but the actual construction on the original house site is all new. The permit states that the "Construction Type" for the 1790 sq ft structure is for "Altered Living" and not "New Living". However, the original structure on the lot was fully demolished before a new building was constructed. The workers left one wall standing for a while, and then tore it down to fully demolish
