My ceiling has been leaking for months. I have added maintenance requests on the managing company's portal (Redside Partners), left voicemails and texts. Someone came after a month of waiting 12 days ago and said they would come back to fix but never did.

per online complaint: Please help on 1) repair to the cabinet under my kitchen sink 2) replace the "guts" of toilet that is rusted and "cycles" 3) replacing inoperable kitchen fan. Email to prop mgr with reply 12/20/14, hand written 48 hr note shoved under door dated 1/27/15 and added comment by pm. Further docs -ask.
