ZONING--per online--This house is a rental and the renters park on the front lawn next to the front door frequently. When they are not parking on their front lawn, they are parked on the grass parking strip almost daily. They have a blue nonworking vehicle sitting in the driveway for more than six months. We ask they receive a written notice prior to any fines. We don't think they know that they are in violation of a code.
