Light trespass from building across the alley (3246 SW Avalon Way) has disrupted family sleep pattern for months. The back of the building in the alley has three outdoor lights illuminating parking. These lights flood our backyard and rear bedrooms all night. A simple light hood to direct light down to the vehicles would solve the problem.

HAZARDOUS WEEDS--per CSB--overgrown vegetation is blocking sidewalk access especially since the other side of the sidewalk is barricaded, constrained and blocked off because of roadwork.
