Per Online; The neighbors behind us have played their band music every Friday night from about 6pm -11pm or 12am. They then proceed to gather outside on their patio and chat/ yell excessively to the early hours of the morning 2am-3am. They also play randomly throughout the week. Their music is excessively loud I can not only hear it as though the band was in my house but I can also hear it throughout the block.
