Averill apartments - Every unit in the building has the exact same lock that uses the same key to open the lock, therefore all neighbors can access all units. This is the same for the mailbox keys- all tenants have access to other peoples mail. Drug dealers live in the building... All around unsafe situation.

Complaint: Land Use

Opened November 8, 2021 · Updated January 21, 2022

This address is the Averill Apartments. The alley behind this building has open garages that are making the neighborhood unsafe due to the number of people shooting and taking drugs in them, drinking, having psychotic episodes, screaming at passersby, and setting dumpsters on fire (twice). Additionally, the dumpsters, when not on fire, are unlocked and that leads to garbage being regularly strewn all over the alley bringing about rats and other animals into the alley.
