Per 7/7/16 online complaint: "Remodeling without permit. Dubious foundation work on old house with only post and block-footing foundation. They appear to be pouring a 6 inch deep foundation to hide the fact that the house has no poured concrete or cinder block foundation. Major seismic safety hazard not to mention unscrupulous."New owners as of 12/14/15
