Loud yelling between the hours of 10pm through 5am coming from an apartment on the 3rd floor of the west side of the apartment building.  This has been going on for several months almost every day. The noise is sufficiently loud to wake up residents at the adjoining apartment building, even with our windows closed.

Nightly yelling and arguing from residents located at The Marq West Seattle. The yelling starts around midnight every night until 4-5am. I live next door at Avalon House 3271 SW Avalon Way. The buildings are about 30 ft apart.

Tenant has received 4 30day vacate notices in a year. Rent has since been paid. Now tenant received email from Landlord stating since they've received 4 vacate notices in a year they have a right to issue Just Cause Eviction. What are rights?
