The general site is the Robin's Nest development. The stairs constructed adjacent to the restaurant do not meet code---wrong size and run dimensions---also no hand rail. The stairs are also a safety hazard as they do not meet the street they connect with--which is Portage Bay Pl. The stairs need to be torn out and done according to code.Also, the convex mirror located under the bridge is too small to do any good---need a much larger one.
