LAND USE CODE VIOLATION-JUNK STORAGE03/27/14-Limited to inspection due to access to the property.04/17/14-VS-Observed outdoor storage of junk including but not limited to carboard boxes, plastic jugs, wood, buckets, tire, truck canopy, mats, dilapadated furniture and other misc materials. Note: request for vegetation alert letter to be sent out as well.

Outdoor storage, car parts, junk cars, and vegetation everywhere on the property. Refrigerator hanging from property and plants coming through the roof. **There are also partially inoperable cars around the neighborhood belonging to property owner. **Permitted to contact neighbor(325 17th ave) to use property as needed for inspection.
