per online complaint: ILLEGAL UNIT: our landlord is leasing out a 64.5 square foot room as a bedroom. SUBSTANDARD RENTAL CONDITIONS: leaking roof has caused ceiling damage and wall cracks to 2 stories; visible mold damage to walls and carpets/floors; upstairs windows and skylights are not weather- or water-tightongoing since 9/1/2017
