Per Online; The neighbors have added lights to the roof of their ADU that they recently constructed. They have several strings of bright light bulbs that have no shielding on the top in violation of Section 23.44.008 H of the Residential Building Code for Seattle. The lights are so bright that they literally light up the interior ceiling of our bedroom. We can provide pictures of what it looks like at night if that is helpful. This neighbor has erected a "tower" structure less than 1 foot from my property line. This poses several issues:1.) The structure is so close to my property line that the eves of the roof are on or over the property line. 2.) I'm trying to install a fence on the back property line and the structure's extreme proximity to my property line is obstructing the space needed to dig the concrete footer. 3.) Per Online; The structure at the back of the lot violates the 5 foot setback - one wall of the structure is less than 12" away from my property line. Further, the overhang of the roof on the back of the structure less than 6" away from the property line and extends beyond it on the south section of the structure.
