Per Online; The neighbors have added lights to the roof of their ADU that they recently constructed. They have several strings of bright light bulbs that have no shielding on the top in violation of Section 23.44.008 H of the Residential Building Code for Seattle. This neighbor has erected a "tower" structure less than 1 foot from my property line. This poses several issues:1.) The structure is so close to my property line that the eves of the roof are on or over the property line. 2.)
