PER PHONE COMPLAINT: refrigerator not working and other HBMC violations.Last Friday the refrigerator went out and management promised to fix, but it is still not fixed. Other items the Complainant would like to have reviewed: ants in unit; dishwasher out for a year; lock on mailbox not secure; shower grout coming up; mold on bathroom floor; deadbolt on front door is not secure; lights out on front steps; lights out on east side of building; and lights out on west side of building.

Leak in ceiling from upstairs laundry room. Landlord patched ceiling, but did not fix leak. Mold growing beneath linoleum floor in bathroom originating from floor sink and faucet connections on other side of wall. Landlord is not responding to complaints.
