Husband passed couple yrs ago. Tenant is Housewife husband handled everything. Not sure what to do. There was sewage back up tenant and son were very sick. Issue has been resolved for now. Heater is not working tenant has been using a space heater. Dryer doesn't work. Landlord told tenant Plumbing bill is 1,000, rent is being raised $150 starting November 1st. Tenant has spent money on bathroom issues no reimbursement.POTA 015665-26
