My neighbors and I would appreciate it if the city would address two dumpsters which are not maintained or sufficiently enclosed. Trash from the units is strewn down the street and makes its way into Lake Union. We've recently seen rats.These dumpsters have been an issue for a few years and likely belong to a rental unity with an absent or negligent landlord. Per Online; Floating platform under construction using pressure treated wood over water. Not shoreline exemption or SSDP obtained. Builder asserts it will be used for a hot tub platform, but will be titled as a vessel in WA. Work is being done by a J.B. last name unknown who is an apartment resident at the same location.

SHORELINE--per online--Brian nunes fraudulently obtained a fowr plaque for his vessel named little betty,  he made up the information.  The boat was never in the lake prior to the deadline and was never a liveaboard.  The closest the boat had been was an air bnb for a short time.  Brian claimed the location of the boat was under the bridge at the current location and the boat was moved back after being in waterworks marina.  He also created fake documents to make these claims.

Anonymous caller says there is a 50' Chris Craft being lived aboard and not receiving pumpout serice. Neighbors intermittently complain about raw sewage being discharged (particularly at night). Couple lives aboard and golf clubs are kept on the stern. Male occupant is approx 5'8" with a shaved head.
