Neighbors park vehicles several feet over the property line, frequently blocking the alleyway. This is especially problematic of the car on the far left, which parks head-in against the drainage/planter in the ground. In advertisements, property manager claims it's a legal driveway that fits 3 cars. I doubt it meets code as car cannot fit without crossing well over what appears to be the property line (sighting down from the electric pole). Any violation is the fault of the property management,
