I recently moved to 4257 33rd Ave W. My property is behind 3309 W Government Way. They have a light on the rear of their building (parking area) that is not properly shielded and directed downward onto their property. See attached images.

This is a 14-unit residential apartment building. The property management provides only three standard residential garbage carts, three recycling carts, and one compost cart for the entire complex. This capacity is severely inadequate for 14 households, leading to chronic garbage overflow and health/sanitation hazards. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding numerous unaddressed code violations at Discovery Pointe Apartments (3309 W Government Way, Seattle, WA 98199).
