Running auto, boat, heavy equipment repair in backyard. Using the strip between our properties as a driveway to the backyard day and night. iNot a driveway and our sewer line is directly below where they drive. Now repairing a backhoe. Driving heavy equipment over our sewer line will break it. Are they licensed, bonded, insured? Noisy at night.
