The property at 3317 16th Ave S is a bungalow.com rental. The rental company collects rents but makes no actual efforts to manage the property. As a result, tenants who move out often leave piles of trash and discarded furniture. As of today, this trash has spilled over on to my property at 3321 16th Ave S.

Trash has been piling up outside this residence for months. Residence is operated by Bungalow.com as multiple rental unit and attempts to contact the management company to have them fix the issue have gone unresloved. There are currently pieces of disassembled furniture, a mattress and an overflowing recycling bin in the driveway.

Per Online; Furniture previously owned by an evicted tenant has been left in the driveway for six months. It is now getting moldy. This house is managed by Bungalow.com which rents out individual rooms and cuts costs everywhere they can by being complety unresponsive and unreachable.
