Hi,We have been living since October and our electricity bill is 6 times more usage than when we lived in Boston in the dead of winter. Our water bill sky rocketed to unimaginable amounts after the owner's self installed 13 month old water heater broke and leaked. After the leak the owner fixed the issue with a new self installed water heater and the water usage keeps being unimaginably too high.
