Per CSB: Landslide--this hill is sliding into the street at numerous locations and blocking storm drains. This particular one is a new construction project with ongoing issues. They have not addressed the problems. And they continue to use the right of way illegally for their construction. They have blocked a culvert and throwing trash into the culvert.
