Per 9/18/12 e-mail to DPD Director Diane Sugimura: "...Attached is a picture of the Spann/Lock house under construction (actually a significant enlargement and increase in height) at 333 Lakeside Avenue South, Seattle. The house now looms over the surrounding homes and already blocks the view of Mt. Rainier from many of the homes to the north. And to add insult to injury, the homeowner has raised a banner on the house which reads: "We built this housing w/out gov't help, and ...........IN SPITE

Per 9/27/08 online complaint (rec'd 9/29/08 by VAS): "We're inquiring about the height of this house (specifically the enclosed roof-deck entry seems 15+' above roofline. It is much taller that the adjacent buildings. Our understanding is that the zoning for houses restricted heights so that views would not be obstructed."***Is height per Permit 6074822?***
